At our town’s Burlingame on the Ave, we displayed our robot to our community and talked to people about our team.
We represented FRC at the FTC Lobster Cup, Northern California's biggest offseason FTC competition! We demoed our robot, advertised our future events, and cheered on matches and alliance selection.
Alongside other local robotics teams, we showed off our robot to an audience of 1000+ people! We had a great time talking to potential sponsors, attending creator panels, and exploring the event center’s many halls.
The Iron Panthers exhibited at the San Mateo County Fair, a 4-day event of exhibits, entertainment, and fun. We invited other local teams to display an interactive station where people could see our robot in action.
The Iron Panthers held a demo for 8th graders at Burlingame Intermediate School to show what our team does and inspire rising high school students to pursue STEM.
We showcased our world-champion robot to the community! We had a robot demo afterward, and allowed the crowd to interact and ask questions about it. Both young kids and older populations were intrigued by our display! We also used the opportunity to advertise summer camp. Members learned how to interact with different members from the community, while detailing our team and FIRST.
As part of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women’s STEAM Day, we presented to 4-8th grade girls and boys to foster interest in science, technology, engineering, and math.
The Iron Panthers hosted a robot demo at Lincoln Elementary School STEAM night, where children able to learn about different STEAM topics through hands-on activities and experiments.

Hosting a FTC competition, we gave the oppurtunity to First kids across the bay area to show off their skills in robotics. In addition, we invited local kids from Cub central and Nextdoor to visit the competiton, had worksheets that introduced them to FIRST and the centerstage game, and taught themengineering and design from many teams at the competition.
We showcased our robotics team to all, fundraising through a bake sale.
The Makers Faire is coming back to the Bay Area. 5026 will be attending along with other FIRST teams in an immersive exhibit.

We are so glad we got to attend our sponsor Intuitive Surgical's event, RoboNanza! As a team, we competed in mock competitions and tested out new drivers, while also engaging with Intuitive Surgical employees and other FIRST teams.
The Memorial Day Parade is a annual event where we showcase our robot to the Burlingame community.

We were invited by the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and the San Jose Earthquakes to participate in Girl's STEAM day at PayPal Park! We were super excited to be able to show everyone how important STEAM is to our team and inspire a new generation of girls to pursue their interests.
From June 2 - 11, our robotics team, the Iron Panthers, volunteered at the San Mateo Event Center in hopes to spark an interest in STEM in future generations, by setting up a practice field and allowing others to drive the robot.
We had 400 people at the CuriOdyssey Outreach, along with 840 Aragon Robotics, 253 Boba Bots, and tech support. We brought all sorts of things from the display legos to the 2019 FRC competition robot to demonstrate for the kids.
